PARASPACK Structured Packing
Paras Tower pack Industries makes the finest structured packing and internals for distillation, absorption, stripping and other separation processes. The packing are highly efficient and are comparable to international standards.
PARAS PACK combines maximum efficiency with lowest pressure drop, thereby proving an ideal solution to many separation problems. The packing can be provided in a range of materials. areas and diameters to suit each process requirement.
And above all, they are available at extremely competitive prices!
PARAS PACK is available in various stainless steels such as SS -304, SS -316, SS -316L, SS -410 and special metals such as monel and hastelloy. The packing can be provided in surface areas of 250 m
2, 350 m
2, 500 m
2 and 750 m
2 Per m
3 of packed volume. They have very high surface area as well as very high voidage. This implies high efficiencies as well as low pressure drop and low liquid holdup.
PARAS PACK can be made for column diameters ranging from 50 to 5000 mm. The packing are suitable for high - pressure as well as vacuum processes.
All packing are provided with a complete set of efficient internals - i.e. distributors, collectors. redistributors and packing support plates.
PARAS PACK can be used for distillation, absorption, stripping and other separation processes. High efficiency of these Packing ensures a shorter column and compact plant. Furthermore low pressure drop means that the packing are ideal for applications such as high-boiling isomer separations.
We can provide packing and internals as per your column specifications or do the process design and suggest height and diameter to suit your requirements.
Advantages:(1) Lower pressure drop :- Lower re boiler temperatures, lower steam pressure.
(2) Lower liquid holdup :- Faster start up, rapid draining, ideal tor heat sensitive liquids.
(3) Very high stages per meter :- Shorter columns, lower reflux ratios, lesser steam consumption.
